Meet Our Team
President / Instructor—W. Phillip Yarborough, Jr.
W. Phillip Yarborough, Jr. is the president and one of the chief instructors for EduCare Resources, LLC. His background and training in the healthcare industry is extensive and diverse amongst healthcare educators. He is a highly decorated retiree from the Maryland Army National Guard, where he served as a Military Police Officer, Combat Life Saver, and Chaplain. He was also the co-owner of Crest Haven Assisted Living, which operated for 22 years. Phillip has also received training as an employee of Levindale Geriatric Home in Baltimore, MD, and the former Provident Hospital as a nurse’s aide in cardiac intensive care. As EduCare Resources’ fire safety trainer, Phillip has an extensive background as a hazardous materials handler and safety NCO for the U.S. Army, and a volunteer fire fighter in Colorado.
Nathan Yarborough, Vice-President
Nathan Yarborough is a student at the University of Baltimore and Vice President of Educare Resources, LLC. He is also one of the main instructors at Educare. Bringing a youthful energy to the classroom, he helps students feel more comfortable learning the important skills necessary to save lives.

Mildred Yarborough, MSN, RN—Education Coordinator
With more than 47 years of nursing experience encompassing medical/surgical nursing, nurse practitioner, home health care, research, and community outreach, her primary clinical focus has been in the Critical Care arena and Nursing Education
